Cooking Directions :

Soft Bean Curd Powder 1 Pack
Water (or pandan water) 1000ml
Soya Milk 2000ml
Sugar 50gm

Add water, soya milk and sugar into a pot. Bring it to boil.
Turn off the flame, add Soft Bean Curd Powder and mix thoroughly.
Simmer for 5 minutes. Open lid and remove excess bubble with a spoon.
Pour into container. Wait for the mixture to cool and set before placing into the fridge for a few hours. Delicious chilled Dou Huay is ready to be served.
