Ingredients :
Group A
Apito Plain Moist Mix 500g
Egg 250g
Baking Soda 1g
Banana Paste 5g
Group B
Oil 250g
Group C
Ripe Banana (mashed). 250g
Method :
- Whisk (A) in medium speed for 2 mins.
- Add in (B) on slow speed for 1 min, evenly combined.
- Add in (C) and whisk on low speed for 1 min.
- Pour batter into loaf pan with parchment paper at 400g weight.
- Bake at 180C for 30 -40 mins.
