Blueberry Steam Cake 250g
Egg 100g
Water 55g
Corn Oil 70g
Instant Cheese Filling 85g
Whipping Cream 250g

Directions :

  1. Mix all the ingredients, except Instant Cheese Filling and Whipping Cream, on low gear for approximately 3 minutes until well combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into a mold and steam for 12 minutes.
  3. Mix the Instant Cheese Filling with Whipping Cream and stir until well combined for 3 minutes.
  4. Then, decorate the cake on top (using Nozzle no: 22/853).
