SnF Sponge Cake

Ingredients :
Pettina Sponge Cake Mix 250g
Eggs 250g
Water 60g
Vegetable Oil /Butter 60g

Method :

  1. Mix Pettina Sponge Mix, egg and water with whisk at low speed for 1 minute.
  2. Continue to whisk at high speed for 7 minutes.
  3. Add in vegetable oil /butter into batter and mix at low speed for 1 minute.
  4. Deposit batter into 9″ mould.
  5. Bake at 180°C (Top & bottom heat) for 30-40 minutes.
  6. For a Swiss Roll, use a 14″x14″x1″ pan and bake at a temperature of 210°C for 10-12 minutes.

Cara-cara :

  1. Putar Sponge Cake Mix ,telur dan air dengan whisk dengan kelajuan rendah selama 1 minit.
  2. Kemudian putar lagi dengan kelajuan tinggi selama 7 minit.
  3. Masukkan minyak sayuran /mentega dan putar dengan kelajuan rendah selama 1 minit.
  4. Tuangkan aduan ke dalam acuan 9″.
  5. Bakar dengan suhu 180°C (Suhu atas & bawah) selama 35 minit.
  6. Swiss Roll : Gunakan acumen 14″ x14″ x1″ dan bakar dengan suhu 210°C selama 10-12 minit.
